Role Mission: Create distinction for our strategic account partner driving connection with consumers and planned business growth.

Role Summary: This role will focus supporting holistic, fully integrated sales and brand plans for Courir account to drive a multi-category offence.
With a significant emphasis on digital prioritization, this role requires proficiency in multi-category, multi-platform, seamless account relationship.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities include:

Follow and track performances in Paris & COURIR Forum les Halles
- Update & pilot dashboards
- Connect with the staff
- Weekly assessment
- Merchandising check & update
- Sales & Stock optimization
- Brand support during activations in-store
- Weekly presentation during team meeting of KPIs, highlights and actions taken

Gather consumer knowledge on shopping experience at COURIR Forum les Halles
- Get qualitative information from consumers
- Realize focus group once a month
- Partner with the staff to get feedback
- Find new ways to remove frictions and create distinction

Update and pilot a process to track product hard launches
- Check deliveries and take actions
- Benchmark with competition and partners
- Follow-up on results
- Get consumer feedback on newness
Identify best practice x-industries to identify opportunities for Nike at Courir.

Support the team during sales meeting
- Organization of Nike x Courir meeting
- Help to create disruptive and relevant set up
- Manage catering and negotiate best quotation

Staff training - be support in the project My Sneakers
- Work on video brief with the video agency
- Align with the account and Nike sales team on the products that should be recorded
- Align with the Ekin team / Brand on the messages and look and feel on the video
- Provide the best experience possible to the team

• Education : Business School or University with lead in marketing/sport management
• Digital Foundational Skills: Our consumer lives in a frictionless world and we must understand how the conversation with consumers is changing so that we can make this a competitive advantage.
• Sportswear and sneaker culture required
• Creative thinker: Demonstrate creative thinking. Offering fresh stand-out ideas that challenge the norm.
• Action oriented: Need to be self-starter and able to work and make independently sound decisions in a timely manner. Get things done, Learn from them and make it better.
• Strong organization skills: Ability to prioritize and organize workload in response to often aggressive timelines. Knowledge of the market and ability to create structure into market place.
• Flexibility: Able to be flexible and to quickly understand new information and situations to constantly changing environment.
• Communication skills: French and English mandatory.
Strong ability to communicate with people across all different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside the Nike organization. Ability to communicate and negotiate with outside vendors and project management firms.
• Team player: Must be tactful with strong team orientation. Ability to negotiate, influence and support others. Able to work with different cultures.
• Retail Knowledge: An good understanding of current and future retail brand concepts and innovative digital practices is required to bring retail insights to inform the work and stay current on how retail is evolving to better serve.
• Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key account, and internal partners that drive deep insights and collaboration.
