As a Jordan Global Marketplace Director, you will be tasked with understanding the consumer across the globe, with identifying the greatest business opportunities and with shaping consumer experiences across the globe. You will start with the consumer, conduct marketplace research and analysis of current trends, and develop holistic global marketplace strategies in collaboration with global cross-functional partners. You will also guide sales teams around the globe by enabling, empowering and aligning execution with the Jordan Brand's strategic priorities. To fulfill these responsibilities, this individual will collaborate with key partners, including, but not limited to, Geography Sales, Global Nike Direct, Global Brand, Global Merchandising, Global Product, Global Design and Marketplace Operations.

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Required: Minimum of 5 yrs. relevant work experience in marketplace management or related experience
  • Preferred: Validated abilities developing, leading and implementing retail strategies
  • Preferred: Demonstrates strong capabilities in stakeholder/matrix management across Global and Geography
  • Preferred: Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate strategies & objectives
