Description

Orchestrates the holistic and connected consumer journey for Jordan Brand, with end in mind against Jordan stores & Nike Direct store formats. Responsible for Concept development and Brand storytelling, balancing the art and science of presentation, storytelling and in-store experiences. Accountable for driving best in class retail marketing strategies that inspire, power and serve the geographies, territories and key cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive distinctive Jordan Brand product storytelling, leading with strategy and vision.
  • Craft consumer journeys that prioritize Brand initiatives and foundational business drivers across store formats.
  • Develop and drive strategy as it pertains to an always-on and seasonal offense.
  • Partner with Digital Brand teams & Retail Marketing counterparts to develop and drive an omni-channel approach that connect the consumer to a Jordan ecosystem.
  • Partner with Jordan Brand and Nike Direct Brand teams (Global/Geo/Territory) partners to drive connection in marketplace.
  • Lead the development of briefs for Jordan store format development and integrated Nike Direct offense, partnering with Global Retail Concepts, Store Design & Brand Design teams to deliver against the strategic vision.
  • Stay current on latest retail trends and industry best practice.
  • Strong verbal communication, and written skills articulated through presentations.
  • Collaborate and work across multiple stakeholders within a matrix, leading teams, demonstrating alignment and progress.
  • Define KPI's and gather retail insights to inform an always-on offense.
  • Enable strategy and teams through via a strong leadership profile and championship behavior.
  • Focus teams and resources against the stories that matter most.
  • Primary point of contact for retail store formats and seasonal direction.
  • Own and drive the functional "Gameplan" process (end to end seasonal planning and execution)
  • Inspire, empower & serve Geographies with strategies, tools and guidance.
  • Lead and develop a world class global Retail Marketing team with a focus on unleashing creativity to drive the Jordan Brand forward.


PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
  • Key internal partners include Jordan Brand Marketing teams, Operations, Merchandising, Sales, Brand Design, Geo Teams.
  • Additional matrix partners include Nike Direct Marketing Teams.
  • External teams include agency partners.
  • This role is highly dependent on being able to work within and leverage the matrix.
  • Partnering and presenting to peers and senior leaders throughout the organization.


  • 6-7+ years' experience in Retail Brand Marketing, Retail, Brand Marketing or similar.
  • Proven leadership profile as it pertains to talent development and functional competency.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to foundational retail excellence.
  • Desire to grow store experience scum and connect a digital ecosystem.
  • Problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with creative teams.
