Description

This role is expected to understand, diagnose business needs and priorities, provide customized learning & development solutions including but not limited to:

  • Support on designing and implementation of leadership development programs, including managingbudgets, organizing development initiatives based on business needs, driving continuous enhancement via feedback, internal communication and vendor management, etc.
  • Support on early career program, in partnership with HR and TA partners, to help trainees start strong thru premium onboarding, provide meaningful learning experiences in key transition moments throughout the program, and continuously assess impact against intended outcomes.
  • Deliver core L&D offerings to key employee segments.
  • Track and work on training or talent development related reports and data
  • Deliver and facilitate competency based trainings to different level of employees
  • Other learning and development related issues assigned by manager


Requirements & Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 4-5 years talent development related work experience
  • Strong project management skill
  • Proficient in Excel/PPT/Word
  • Very good English skill both in speaking and writing
  • Independent, proactive thinking, good in dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skill, strong ownership and can-do attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented
  • Facilitation experience is a plus
