Will manage the development and delivery of engaging experiences, products and offers to consumers in Beaverton, OR. Will lead the creation of world-class digital experiences for athletes worldwide. Will manage the definition and execution of the product feature's vision and strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, and help identify market opportunities to take advantage of. Will define and execute a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a strong understanding of consumer needs, insights and in-depth data analysis. Will provide direction for leaders across management, program management, engineering, design, and quality assurance. Will serve as the subject matter expert on assigned topics. Will understand and advocate for market, consumer, and stakeholder needs to ensure the creation of the right product functionality at the right time to deliver maximum value to consumers and business. Will oversee the collaboration with architects and other technology and product leaders on building scalable cloud based platforms powering the retail experience ecosystem. Will fulfill the duties of a product owner on an agile development team, including requirements definition, story writing, backlog prioritization, and feature roadmap creation. Will partner with business and development teams to identify objectives, determine initiatives scope, and document requirements. Will review a product scorecard to measure and report on the success of launch functionality and platforms health. Will oversee the collaboration with stakeholders and development teams throughout the product development. Will work with finance, tax, and digital solutions including ERP and tax platforms/integration applications. Will work with large ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle/Island Pacific/Tax Solutions. Will use One Source Indirect Tax cloud based architecture and will work with Point of Sale and Digital Order Management Solutions. Will manage the design and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions including the use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis. Will work in Agile delivery environments. Will work with micro-service architecture. Will troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems. Will have two to three direct reports. Will engage in ten percent or less domestic and international travel.

Education: Bachelor's degree in information Science, Engineering, Product Management, or Business. Experience : six years of overall progressive experience in product management or in an information technology role for a retail organization. Skills/Requirements : 6 years of experience(1) design, develop, and deliver financial and tax solutions for retail and digital capabilities; (2) stakeholder management; (3) collaborating and coordinating with other teams within a corporate eco-system; (4) working with large ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle, Island Pacific, and Tax Solutions/ SABRIX; (5) working with Point of Sale and Digital Order Management Solutions; (6) microservice architecture and Agile delivery methods; (7) building a vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance and tax projects; and (8) utilizing expertize in finance, controlling, or indirect tax to manage products.
