The Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) Storeroom Supervisor oversees and coordinates activities in the storeroom that supports the maintenance and reliability teams. This position is also responsible for the training and development of the Inventory Control Specialist who orders, receives and restocks inventory; and also issues or ship parts and RMA components. The MRO Storeroom Supervisor also ensures that stocks and supplies are adequate, easily retrievable and are stored in a manner that preserves their quality. They plan the layout and design of the storeroom, considering factors such as stock turnover, size, and weight. They communicate with other levels of management and make recommendations regarding obsolescent, slow-moving and excess stock. The MRO Storeroom Supervisor assists Maintenance Supervision in locating needed non-stocked repair items and in determining whether they should be added to inventory. This position also works closely with the maintenance planning and scheduling functions to ensure planned jobs are in kit form and status regularly updated. The MRO Storeroom Supervisor fosters professional relationships with multiple internal customers, partners and external vendors. This position is also responsible for monitoring any inventory concerns and resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock control records. The MRO Storeroom Supervisor must also be aware of and put into practice proper environmental, health and safety procedures.

SAP Super User
General knowledge and familiarity with Industrial machine parts and components
Detail-oriented with strong 5S and Organizational Skills
Personal computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
Experience working in an Industrial Maintenance environment preferred
Upholds the Nike Maxims to create a positive environment and culture for the facility
Previous Supervisory experience preferred with the ability to train/mentor direct reports and junior team members
Excellent decision-making skills in times of ambiguity
Minimum 2-year Parts Room experience in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse environment
Expert Knowledge of parts inventory control methods
Strong working experience with SAP (MM Module)
MRP knowledge
Experience using a forklift is a plus, Forklift license is a plus
Experience working with vendors
