As a Technology Manager, Operations, you will be an integral part of our technical strategy to advance our digital capability in product and manufacturing innovation. In this role, you will lead by example in establishing best practices and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring our solutions are of the highest quality. You will partner with the Leads, Architects and Product Owners to deliver innovative collaboration solutions for AirMI's multiple locations and teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Enable Product Teams to maintain single focus on Delivering Capabilities at Speed
  • Own Change, Release and Deployment for AirMI Technology
  • Governance, Support CI/CD Execution
  • Govern Release Guidelines by managing business risk
  • Partner with AirMI leadership, socialize and communicate AirMI changes
  • Execute CI/CD+ Deployments
  • Lead Production Support across all AirMI locations and technologies
  • Deliver Data with Quality to the users, predictably in both product and release QA environments
  • Provide Operational Excellence and Speed at Scale
  • Unlock Operational insights for the Product Teams
  • Communicate with One Voice and Ensure Seamless Customer Service
  • Document, Train and keep the talent motivated to provide best in class service
  • Provide Unified Customer* Service Experience
  • Provide operational support to AirMI through management of application licensing, CIS risk mitigation and ITGC controls


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • Experience supporting a multi-site organization, working with multiple engineering teams, in-house and outsourced, onshore and offshore
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and organizations.
  • Consistent track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve bold goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facing
  • Familiarity with DevOps, including development, QA, and operations skills
  • Ability to define solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
  • Experience with Scrum and agile planning.
  • 3-4 years of product support, governance, and/or change management.
  • Proven experience as a leader in an operational role.
  • 3+ years technical management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
