WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need a Cresting Lead to join our Marketplace Operations (MPO) team. Cresting is defined as "post-production customization". The Cresting Lead exists to elevate the Brand and presentation of Nike Golf and other crested apparel and equipment at Retail. The ideal candidate is an artistic, organized person with an interest in product and a specific eye for color. They will be the authority on how logos and color should be used to bring our product to life at retail.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?


As the Cresting Lead, you will control the final step in the cresting process. You will work with our customized software application to choose embroidery thread colors for retail sales orders daily. In this role, you will know the Nike Golf product line and be the authority on how and where it can be crested. When necessary, you will communicate order color choices via digital product proofs. Speed to market is important within the cresting business, so you will need to balance multiple priorities while keeping turn time to a minimum. You will also be responsible for maintaining external brand standards for licensed and co-branded products.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?


You will be part of a team of 7 that supports the cresting business. In addition, you will work cross functionally with sales reps, specialist, accounts and vendors to ensure that cresting quality is top notch. As a post-production customization expert, you will also be a resource to category merchandise and product teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred in Apparel, Design or related field.
• 1-year experience working with apparel, logos, graphic design or color preferred.
• Intermediate or advanced Illustrator & Photoshop experience.
• Eye for color and the ability to depict hue.
• Embroidery knowledge or art separation a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload.
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationship with internal and external partners.
