Nike's Consumer Direct Offense is designed to serve the athlete faster and more personally, at scale, led by digital. With focused growth through key categories, this new offense will connect the Nike Brand and products with consumers in new and more powerful ways. At the heart of the Consumer Direct Offense is Nike's membership program that provides member-only access to the products and experiences members love. Our mission is to create the world's most distinctive membership program that accelerates consumer connections while driving growth and profitability for the Nike Brand.

As our Member Benefits Intern, you'll work with the membership organization to develop and execute elements of Nike's membership offense. You'll handle one or more cross-functional special projects in support of leadership to help identify and evaluate priorities and/or opportunities, and to catalyze action against these through strategic problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2020 or Spring 2021

- Professional experience or course work in Retail, Planning, Merchandising, Operations, Economics, Business or related field preferred

- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals

- Manages ambiguity and operates effectively, even when things are uncertain or the way forward is not clear

- Independent and creative thinkers to drive new ideas and offer better ways for us to be successful and grow

- Thinks strategically, loves to problem solve and sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies

- Collaborator and cross- functional team player who inspires trust and solves issues across multiple priorities and a diverse group of stakeholders

- Storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, verbalize ideas effectively, communicate clear and concise messages, and deliver presentations

- Passionate about Nike products and the consumer
