Description

As the Manager for North America Logistics, New Manager Experience, you will coordinate and implement our New Manager Onboarding Program. We are looking for someone with passion for Leadership development, experiential learning, impactful communication, strategy and process focus, excellent leadership & facilitation skills, and curiosity or experience in digital learning transformation.

This position will work closely with North America HR COE's, reporting to the North America Logistics COE Training and Development Director. This position will support Senior Supply Chain Leadership efforts to build and define a culture of leadership and engagement through distinct experiences.

The Manager of the New Manager Experience will leader their direct reports and be responsible for activities that span all phases of the New Manager Onboarding Program from pre-hire engagement through the first year of employment. To be successful in this role, the manager must be able to cultivate and communicate the manager onboarding strategy, ongoing ROE and recommended investments, and develop positive, cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders. The person in this role must have a passion for delivering an exceptional new hire experience.

What You Will Be Doing
• Lead/manage all phases of the New Manager Onboarding Program. Continuously evolve the program by partnering with internal stakeholders and hiring managers delivering unique and seamless engagement experiences
• Lead direct report(s) and other project team members in the design/development of content, tools, and resources providing new managers with a unique experience as well as a sense of community, purpose, belonging and role readiness
• Track and analyze and make recommendation of onboarding trends and feedback utilizing unique tools/apps
• Design and lead manager readiness that clearly defines, builds capability and supports roles & responsibilities within New Manager Experience
• Partner on pioneering digital learning transformation programs
• Monitor and liaise with business/functional stakeholders to ensure all programs and content is regularly maintained and kept current
• Using metrics and program feedback, Identify, develop and implement program improvements that result in the successful transition to effective managers of people
• Partner with HR COEs, Business/Functional teams and all internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition for new managers
• Ensure all aspects of the New Manager Onboarding Program are robust and provide a consistent, quality experience for all new people managers. Regularly deliver content to help orient, assimilate and develop new people managers
• Ensure the onboarding team is reviewing feedback and resolving any open issues new hires are experiencing. Identify and communicate feedback trends and implement steps to fix any issues that may arise


Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required, and 5+ years of experience in onboarding program management, or related /equivalent experience in roles such as Training, Talent Development, change management, or HR within large, global or related industries preferred
• Passion for the field of adult learning and leadership development
• Advanced communication skills with stakeholders and multiple leader levels within an organization
• Ability to balance effective collaboration with independent action
• Global programs experience preferred
• Possess a Growth Mindset, eager to learn and share with others
• Resourcefulness, with a drive to innovate and surpass expectations
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and delivering high quality development programs
• The flexibility and agility to handle multiple, simultaneous projects, in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic environment with fluid objectives and priorities
• A welcoming, creative, high-energy personality and positive attitude
• Ability to research and recommend new training methods and digital learning transformation solutions
• Proficiency with Multimedia, virtual meeting solutions, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
