Nike Digital is a strategic focus and the growth engine for Nike, Inc. As a member of the Growth Team within North America Digital Commerce, you will support high impact, high visibility initiatives to drive growth across the Nike Digital portfolio. As part of that work, you will be a key player in optimizing and activating Growth across business, marketing, and product teams, and leading cross-platform growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Platform & Strategic Growth: Lead cross-functional teams and implement cross-platform strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion that leverage the best of each of Nike's digital experience and a performance driven plan with ROI goals, LTV, virality, SEO/ASO, referrals, app downloads
  • Cross-Functional & Horizontal Activation: Build relationships and partnerships across Digital Platform Business teams, Digital Marketing/Brand, Performance Marketing, Finance, Digital Strategy, Digital Partnerships, and Analytics to effectively and efficiently deliver high impact Growth priorities; Champion optimization of process and leveraging of tools + technologies to unlock growth.
  • Growth Marketing: With a deep understanding of the consumer journey phases and key business metrics support, educate and action against organic Growth tactics; Partner with performance marketing and paid acquisition to deliver robust marketing activations
  • Digital Growth Integration: Partner with Global Digital Growth CPM/APM teams to offer Geo perspective + help inform priorities + drive integration of key initiatives into the NA geography.
  • Growth Mindset Activation & Education: Develop and present materials to all levels of audiences to understand and activate against the Growth Model and Growth tactics; Identify and size future opportunities of growth for Nike Direct.
  • Growth Model: Partner with Analytics on the evolution of the growth model; Identify critical areas to integrate the growth funnel that will accelerate the business; build partnerships with stakeholders to drive adoption and distribution to leadership


  • Bachelors degree or additional 2+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Leadership in a consumer-facing digital commerce setting required
  • Additional experience in Digital Commerce, Strategy, Management Consulting or Investment Banking a plus
  • Experience handling multi-million-dollar direct-response marketing budgets and/or consumer facing digital experiences across all platforms and all device types
  • Experience with hands-on development, operations, management, and optimization of large-scale online acquisition campaigns (not agency managed)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations; experience with modeling, multivariate testing, and statistics
  • Ability to drive initiatives involving cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and excel in the face of ambiguity and with a strong Enterprise mindset
  • Demonstrable expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, app store optimization, app download strategies, and digital advertising
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital and retail market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens
  • Previous experience with SQL, database architecture, and building BI tools a strong plus
