A global network of teams - Finance, Human Resources, Talent Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Real Estate and Strategic Planning - direct the daily operations of Nike.com and the hundreds of Nike Stores and Nike Factory Stores. Description

Nike's Consumer Direct Offense is designed to serve the athlete faster and more personally, at scale, led by digital. With focused growth through key categories, this new offense will connect the NIKE Brand and products with consumers in new and more powerful ways across 12 key cities and 10 key countries.

At the heart of the Consumer Direct Offense is Nike's new NikePlus membership program that will provide member-only access to the products members love, matched to their individual preferences and buying patterns. This unique access to Nike's greatest innovations and hottest styles is about three key benefits that serve consumers on their terms: first access to the latest products, exclusive access to personalized services and experiences, and members exclusive product.

To supercharge this offense, we have brought together a Nike Membership organization. Our mission is to create the world's most distinctive membership program that accelerates consumer connections while driving growth and profitability for the Nike Brand.

For that team we are now looking for an Omnichannel Consumer Loyalty Project Manager

As such you will:

  • Define, plan, lead, track, report, and inform projects to deliver the optimal capability roadmap (people, process and technology) required to deliver member benefits across a range of countries and touchpoints for Nike, all the way from benefit definition to members redemption across all channels
  • Influence and coordinate all the different functions and stakeholders involve, to ensure flowless execution and success
  • Continuously improve the robustness, scale and simplicity of processes and tools that enable Nike to deliver on the promise of membership to our consumers across EMEA

Qualifications



  • Bachelor with at least 4-5 years' experience in Project Management in Digital and/or Retail; preferably from Business Consultancy, Operations, or CRM

  • Identify opportunities, design, build and execute against a complex roadmap

  • Strong leadership skills - Ability to influence & drive change across relevant teams

  • Expertise in organization & process design and documentation, and change management

  • Strong Retail (digital and/or physical) operations background

  • Efficiency focus and Status Quo challenger

  • Deep understanding on costumer relationship and loyalty programs business model

  • Expertise managing locally-relevant consumer experiences to drive loyalty in alignment with a global vision

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
