We are seeking a Converse Operations Project Coordinator to join our Operations Strategy team who will be focused on executing critical initiatives related to People and Culture. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard-worker with superior organizational skills, looking to grow in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, independent, and self-driving, with a love for the Converse brand. They will also be a champion of our culture and shared values, bringing passion to every aspect of the work.

As the Converse Operations Project Coordinator focused on our People and Culture strategy, you'll work with your manager to bring our People and Culture strategies to life at a global and local level for our Operations team. You will be accountable for day-to-day execution of the Operations learning and development platform, known as Learning Lab. You will work cross-functionally across Operations and other functions at Converse to identify and create new learning opportunities to serve our employee community. You will also be accountable for handling various executions in service of employee engagement strategies and annual goals. Much of this work will require flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail in order to organize content, events, and handling special projects through to execution and measuring success.

You will be a part of the Operations Strategy team which drives the supply chain strategy and serves a team of over 600+ Operations and Supply Chain professionals across North America, Europe and Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Execute critical bodies of work related to Operations People and Culture strategy, such as coordinating employee activities and ongoing programs across multiple regions for training, team building, and career development
  • Execute short and long-range planning, scheduling, and metrics management of training opportunities within the Operations learning and development platform, Learning Lab
  • Develop and manage content to support learning and development, in addition to providing support to team members globally in creating professional level training materials
  • Responsible for aligning priorities, content creation, and plan development with manager.
  • Training Research & Coordination - Seeking new and exciting ways to deliver training content, using both internal and external resources
  • Design and Platform Management of the digital learning and development ecosystem
  • Develop and deliver communications for learning and development programs
  • Develop and execute employee feedback surveys, conduct necessary qualitative and quantitative analysis to uncover valuable and actionable insights
  • Develop Operations new hire and intern onboarding program content and support execution
  • Employee engagement and execution support for learning and development activations that take place outside of Converse Headquarters in Boston
  • Supporting day-to-day office activities of the Operations Strategy team within the realm of People and Culture
  • Events planning and coordination, including organization-wide activations that require technological savvy, such as video editing and live streaming
  • Developing professional level presentations and providing support in this area to leadership across the team as needed
  • Special Events Coordination (Team Building, Team Communications, and Training events)


  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Organizational Development, or another related field
  • 2 years working successfully in a corporate environment with demonstration of increasing responsibility
  • Strong organization and management skills that enable successful prioritization and execution of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and able to coordinate people, resources, schedules, and projects with efficiency and speed under pressure
  • Adaptable to change and resilient in the face of challenges, opting to learn on the fly and pursue new skills as the needs of the organization evolve
  • Strong networking and influencing skills to create energy and support for key People and Culture initiatives where cross-functional volunteers are critical to execution and success
  • Able to assist on various projects in support of Operations that at times may be outside the traditional scope of People and Culture strategy
  • Independent and able to develop solutions to needs, problems and challenges
  • Superior skill in leveraging Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator to create powerful visuals, images, presentations and other important communications requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network effectively with Global Operations team members both face-to-face and remotely to foster deep and lasting relationships
  • Technology savvy and ability to learn new systems and tools on the fly
