The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide - making the impossible happen every single day.

The Nike Distribution Center of Excellence's (ND COE) Value Creation Office (VCO) comprises three functions that enable our Global team of distribution experts: 1) Business Operations, which manages the budget and day-to-day operations of the team, 2) Performance Management, which supports global reporting and analytics for the global distribution network, and 3) Portfolio Management, which provides visibility to Nike, Inc.'s strategic investments in the global distribution network and progress against our Flexible Fulfillment Network Strategy.

In the role of Portfolio Manager, you will collaborate with the Geographies' Distribution leaders and teams to create a global view on projects and how those projects support delivery of our Flexible Fulfillment Network strategy; develop and maintain portfolio products such as roadmaps, status reports, etc.; provide portfolio and program management support to key strategic initiatives; and support annual strategic planning activities.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with peers and the Geos to maintain and provide global visibility to project information, progress, and status
  • Provide project and program management support to the Distribution Center (DC) Data Foundation Transformational Initiative and the DC Operations Network
  • Support development and maturation of VCO portfolio products and processes
  • Support annual strategic planning activities

What Success Looks Like
  • Easy access to accurate, up to date information on fulfillment network projects across the globe
  • Strong, collaborative relationships with Geo's, DC Operations Network, and Nike Tech
  • Understands the Flexible Fulfillment Network strategy and how portfolio delivers on strategy
  • Applied expertise for rapid maturation of VCO portfolio products and processes


Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of program or portfolio management experience
    • 2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing large, complex and simultaneous projects
  • Proven track record of delivering in a large, globally diverse, matrixed organization
  • Experience operating in a Lean or Agile environment
  • Knowledge of PMI framework and practices
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Proven experience with preparation and delivery of executive level presentations

Preferred:
  • Supply chain and/or logistics experience
  • Airtable experience
