As a Product Analyst in Finance and Procurement (FPT), you will help deliver the future of Nike's Treasury Banking product team. Nike operates in over 50 countries around the world and has aggressive growth plans. This growth necessitates applications and platforms to automate processes and streamline our finance operations activities as we grow our retail business. This is a global role that supports a global operations team.

This role will be part of the FPT Customer Finance and Financial Management Solutions team. You will work closely with business partners and peers on other global technology teams that cover financial planning, Legal Entity and General Accounting, month/year end consolidations and close, as well as various other aspects of financial management. You will participate and lead the technology requirements gathering with our finance business partners. You will also be accountable for delivering solutions to meet their needs.

You will be expected to learn configuration and implementation of multiple business requirements within the SAP FI and BPC module. You will play a role in helping Product Owners and Architects assess the feasibility and complexity of solution options while implementing solutions within our Agile operating model.

We are looking for someone that has experience with SAP Finance BPC and is familiar with Agile methodology. Ideal candidates will have experience with retail and wholesale ERP implementations as well as large corporate consolidations processes.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will act as the expert in our SAP BPC consolidations function. Your ability to work autonomously while bringing others along with you to build the future of our consolidations process is critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and deploy SAP BPC in accordance with Agile backlog with direction of product management and architecture
  • Research and resolve production support issues that impede ability to plan and report on consolidations during month, quarter, and year end
  • Help refine business requirements and features into Feature or Story level requirements
  • Support Product Backlog by effectively supporting the Product Manager or Product Owner to prepare Features or user stories clearly capturing solution intent, known requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in the design and development of the solution options as needed
  • Support the creation of test plans to ensure the effective testing of technology changes before deployment
  • Actively participate in quarterly Planning Increment processes to identify risks and issues and help to create a feasible and successful team plan
  • Look for ways to continuously improve and reduce costs
  • Improve estimates by ensuring clarity of context and intent of Features/Stories
  • Enable the 'team' to succeed by providing insight and critical thinking to holistic solutions/problem solving


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • At least 4+ years' experience in Finance portion of ERP projects and programs; should include exposure to planning, consolidations, and/or general accounting
  • 3+ years experience in Agile delivery preferred
  • Strong communication skills, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, and handle and resolve conflict
  • Ability to lead and influence team members
  • Able to present ideas effectively and facilitate discussion with multiple inputs
  • Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences
  • Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
  • Knowledge of large corporate consolidations and accounting/planning processes
  • Minimum of 5 years SAP Configuration experience in BPC and/or FI modules
  • Experience with AWS Big Data and IBM Cognos TM1 systems a plus
