Will work with multiple product teams to orchestrate complex initiatives from idea to concept and prototyping through development and delivery in Beaverton, OR. Will find the intersection of consumer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives, and then lead a cross-functional team to deliver against the opportunity. Will partner with stakeholders to gather product definition, prioritize work and ensure alignment. Will create detailed product requirements and work closely with Global and Geo Operations, Consumer Knowledge, Customer Services, Financials, Design, Engineering, QA, Release Management and stakeholder teams to build and deliver solutions. Will own the product vision and the long-term roadmap for the product. Will participate in scoping new business problems using knowledge and experience with ecommerce order management, order to cash cycles, and supply chain execution systems to identify the best solution. Will develop resource and cost estimates based on experience and insights from the delivery squads. Will drive the overall business and systems analysis on various projects, working with other agile team members while also contributing individually to achieve results. Will lead requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and using the systems under analysis to deliver functional and non-functional requirements. Will identify all impacts to business process and systems through impact analysis of new requirements and solution designs. Will facilitate integration with third party products and services. Will create and review key artifacts including use cases, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, user acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications. Will collaborate with Project Managers and Product Teams to implement the agreed upon vision. Will communicate and align strategy with key internal and external stakeholders. Will define, maintain and drive the roadmap for a segment of the business. Will manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers. Will work closely with engineering teams, experience design, and program management to deliver products to market. Will execute full range of lifecycle management, from enhancements to new development. Will ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and direction from Product Director and senior management. Will manage critical vendor relationships. Will manage relationships with key stakeholders at Director, Senior Director and executive leadership levels within the business and technology organizations. Will travel domestically and internationally five percent or less. Will have five to ten direct subordinates.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or management. Experience: five years of overall progressive experience in product management. Skills/Requirements: 1 year of experience: (1) e-commerce retail; (2) solution design; (3) IBM Sterling Commerce; (4) requirements gathering; (5) bid process management; (6) data analysis, including SQL; and (7) defining and maintaining a product roadmap.
