The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide - making the impossible happen every single day.

NIKE's European Logistics Campus in Belgium serves a wide range of consumers across EMEA region, both via retail and e-commerce. In the role of Product Security Manager (Supply Chain) you are a primary liaison between Product Security and key Supply Chain functions. You will take the lead in identifying and evaluating regional security risks throughout NIKE's Supply chain and implement cost-effective and brand-enhancing security management strategies/solutions in order to avoid, mitigate and reduce the potential impact of risk to the business. You are first point of contact in the areas of risk analysis, security concepts, procedures and plans, loss control and property protection.

  • Identify, evaluate and communicate security risks throughout NIKE's Supply Chain via assessments in order to make informed-based decisions.
  • Make cost-effective and brand-enhancing recommendations to minimize the potential impact of risk to the business.
  • Build relationships in order to execute the global strategy taking into account local best practices.
  • Conduct focused security actions in High Risk areas.
  • Participate in regional Tender Processes and implement regional contracts.
  • Leading the application of supply chain standards.
  • Develop and manage effective internal and external relationships in order to improve policies, standards and to stay informed of trends within your field.


SET?
  • Bachelor or Master degree with 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Security, risk analysis, security systems and concepts. 3+ years experience working in a Digital Carrier environment.
  • Can do mentality enables you to break the barrier: Be ready to expect the unexpected and value diversity in the work force!
  • Creative out-of-the-box thinker, always looking for ways to improve.
  • Intuitive strategic mindset: you juggle between reactive responses and proactive initiatives.
  • People person with proven ability to negotiate and build a network with divers stakeholders.
  • Consumer always comes first! Good judgement and consensus lead you to the best solutions.
  • Communicate complex findings effectively to a wide variety of all level regional and global stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Superior writing, interpersonal and presentation skills in English.
