Description

-Division: Sales

-Job Title: Sales GTM Ops Specialist
-Report to: Digital GTM Director
-Work Location: Seoul

Key Job Accountabilities

-Drive overall customer management process and integrated seasonal execution with CGP/GTM process excellence

-Coordinate premium customer experience with seasonal plan and execution by different service level

-Provides support variety of sellin tools to make sure bringing the right assortment to life

-Works with functional key stakeholders (Sales, Nike Direct and DSM) to determine required program/operational support.

CGP/GTM process excellence (30%)

-Define and serve segmented customer experience throughout overall CGP and Go to market gates.
-Execute the seasonal download aligned with Geo strategy.
-Lead the plan of the seasonal customer journey execution with full understanding about seasonal strategy (vSIM /MPR/ iKAPM / CSI)

Sellin tools support (50%)

-Make sure to order placed correctly for the right assortment key products, marketing styles and launch products thru global platform.
-Make sure order places correctly reflecting line changes.
-Provide the standardized digital tools for sellin partnering with IAT team

Cross functional work with Geo and Territory key stakeholders (20%)

-Communicate and lead the new process and Geo aligned strategy to territory.
-Influence key stakeholders across functions to execute
-Elevate cross functional staff capability / understandings thru CGP process.

Requirements




-Required a bachelor's degree, 1-3 years work experience preferred

-Typically requires a minimum of 1 year relevant work for sales GTM
-Fluent English and great team player
