As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll perform a wide range of administrative duties including Outlook calendar management; producing, editing and reformatting documents; preparing expense reports and both purchase and supply orders; updating organizational charts; coordinating department or equipment moves; and providing support to a large team with varied strengths and with a variety of personality types (i.e. Insight profiles). You'll also thoughtfully and promptly respond to inquiries and problems within your scope of established authority; handle confidential information; serve as the central contact for general department information; and coordinate a full range of meetings, events and travel arrangements. This opportunity also involves utilizing your computer skills to help create and maintain team PowerPoint or Keynote presentations. In addition, you'll assist with vendor management and support the entire team in special projects as needed including handling the Materials storage and conference rooms.

Special Projects as needed (eg Yarn Spooling, Cutting, Project Boards/Displays)

Onboarding / Systems Training (Expense Reports, Zero, etc)



Assist w/PowerPoint & Keynote presentations as needed

Assist w/updating AirTable Database as needed



Other Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution (scheduling rooms, team offsites, dinners, etc)

Team Building (Intra-team and team-to-team)



Supply Orders

Material Innovation Project Room Mgmt (calendar, displays, library)



Participate in NXT Admin meetings and support multi-team functions

Org Charts

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or other support role in a professional business environment
• Higher level of education may be substituted for years of experience;
• previous Nike work experience is a plus Intermediate-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience creating high-quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint and complex reports using Excel is a plus
• Must have a service mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own
