The Senior Creative Producer is a strategic, organized, positive team leader. They lead the end-to-end creative development process and day-to-day program strategies, workstreams and creative production teams to deliver on project goals and objectives. They drive master schedules, budgets and provide guidance and oversight to project producers. They facilitate communication and alignment with project stakeholders, cross-functional and territory partners. The Senior Creative Producer works in conjunction with the Creative Operations leadership to contribute to long-term planning and process evolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage holistic Flagship Program from brief to execution
  • Own & drive individual projects
  • Partner to Flagship Program Art Director / Design Leads
  • Organize and Coach Creative Producers & Creative Coordinators
  • Drive creative development process, facilitate Creative Reviews
  • Own and delegate workstreams within Season / Program
  • Oversight and quality control of projects managed by assigned Creative Producers & Coordinators
  • Budget management across assigned Flagship Program
  • Lead regular production meetings
  • Partner with and communicate to IRM, Account and other functional partners
  • Attend and contribute to Project Review and other relevant brand/creative checkpoint meetings
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships
  • Ensure compliance to Nike policies and procedures
  • Remain flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions
  • Evolve and develop tools & processes


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of work experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Retail, Environmental or Experiential Design Production, required
  • Previous experience working closely with design partners required
  • Deep understanding of the creative and environmental design process with knowledge of 2D and 3D fabrication and build techniques, materials and vendor resources, required
  • Strong track record managing deadlines, budget, and on-time execution
  • Ability to lead teams looking after multiple unrelated workstreams simultaneously (multiple categories and cross-category workstreams)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch Up
  • High level of emotional and social awareness, and an instinct to identify and escalate problems before they arise
  • Flexible work style with the ability to pivot and reprioritize as needed, in a fast-paced design lead environment
  • Approachable and positive in nature with a natural sense of humility, respect, and openness
  • Effective negotiation, contract management and problem-solving skills required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Understanding of the Nike Matrix is a plus
  • Travel up to 30% required.
  • Must be able work weekends, installation overnight / odd hours, longer duration trips (5-10 days), and occasionally over holidays.
  • No Direct Reports.
