As a Sr Director of Product, Marketing Product, you will partner with the Global Head of Operations and Planning as well as digital product managers and engineering leadership to shape, influence, and execute aggressive strategy around Content Planning through to personalized engagement. Whether it is evaluating existing solutions, vetting options against user needs and expected outcomes, or leveraging Nike's strengths to deliver outsized results, you are always on the offense. Responsibilities:
  • Invent a Brand Newsroom: Look to the future of marketing and growth in content planning, production, and publishing. Reinvent ways of working and workflows required to support a networked marketing offense with the objective of automating process and driving personalized end-consumer experiences.
  • Cross-Platform Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams to evolve the content planning mechanisms and supporting technology to take an idea through production to the right consumer. Evaluate how to use predictive analytics to help marketing teams plan, through to streamlined mechanisms to produce and publish.
  • Cross-Functional & Horizontal Activation: Build relationships and partnerships across Marketing Technology, Digital Platform Business teams, Digital Marketing/Brand, Performance Marketing, Finance, Digital Strategy, Personalization, and Analytics to effectively and efficiently plan, build, and evolve operating mechanisms and tooling to facilitate planning
  • Marketing Tech and Planning Product Integration: Partner with Geo and Global marketing teams to align on planning mechanisms and tooling adoption
  • Technology leadership: Work across licensed partners and internal engineering teams to roll out best-in-class planning solutions. Ensure integration end to end to streamline planning to publishing and reuse of content.


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management in a consumer-facing digital commerce setting required
  • Additional experience in Digital Commerce, Strategy, Management Consulting or Investment Banking a plus
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar direct-response marketing budgets and/or consumer facing digital experiences across all platforms and all device types
  • Experience with hands-on development, operations, management, and optimization of large-scale online acquisition campaigns (not agency led)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations; experience with modeling, multivariate testing, and statistics
  • Ability to drive initiatives involving cross-functional teams, handle stakeholders, and excel in the face of ambiguity and with a strong Enterprise mindset
  • Demonstrable expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, app store optimization, app download strategies, and digital advertising
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital and retail market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens
  • Previous experience with SQL, database architecture, and building BI tools a strong plus
