The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide - making the impossible happen every single day.

Who are we looking for?

For our EMEA headquarters, based near Amsterdam, we are looking for an operations Agile Transformation Senior Director. In this position you will lead and drive the agile transformation, capability building and deployment for the EMEA Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Teams.

What will you work on?

• Leads and drives large-scale organizational transformations including org structure, core processes and strong people / culture component
• Navigates and aligns complex stakeholder field, both internally, the leadership team and externally (e.g., unions)
• Works in digital /Agile organizations, with strong focus on customer
• Operates as part of large-scale, complex organization with global and local components

Who will you work with?

In this role you will be reporting into the VP Supply Chain Operations and you will be working with different stakeholders across the Supply chain Operations organization, senior leadership team, as well tech, finance and HR organization.

Minimum requirements

• Master's degree and good understanding of principles and fundamentals of Agile and Lean, including various Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and structures (e.g., squads & tribes, self-managing teams)
• Experience as an agile leader
• Good business acumen, understanding various facets of leading a business or business unit, including strategy, P&L / finance, HR
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven in a large, high-paced program environment

Other requirements

• Strong all-round knowledge about operations / logistics, preferably with focus on retail / consumer goods
• Excited by change and shaking up the status quo. Sets ambitious and bold vision and inspires others with it
• Excellent, nonhierarchical leadership skills in building, developing and managing a strong transformation office
• Excellent communication skills especially with executive and line manager level
