As our Senior Oracle DBA, you will provide technical support over the Oracle database family of products (on-premise and in-cloud), emerging database technologies, data models, and integration of large transactional and reporting data environments. Your guidance of large data environments over complex on-premise and in-cloud infrastructure, integration hubs, and ETL environments is crucial to the success of the team. Additionally, we'll look for your experience to understand our technical data security options and participate in vendor technical workshops.

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years directly relevant work experience. 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 4 years of experience with Oracle databases implementing and maintaining smooth database operations and physical design.
• Strong experience with deploying and administering the following Oracle technologies: RDBMS, RAC, Dataguard, Golden Gate, ASM, ASO, OEM and RMAN.
• Experience with database automation including server builds, software installation and configuration and operational tasks.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Puppet, Terraform, Ansible or other similar tools.
• Experience Developing and deploying Oracle solutions with AWS services - Experience with Azure and Oracle Cloud a plus.
• Experience with Oracle DB tuning using tools like OEM Performance and Tuning Pack.
• Strong scripting/ programing experience (JAVA, Python, PL/SQL, Bash, etc), including developing new scripts and deploying across entire DB landscape.
• Commitment to maintain a large DB landscape using standardized tools and processes to insure maintainability of all systems.
• Proficiency in establishing best practice instance monitoring and event notification to track activity and utilization.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain and advance Oracle and UNIX knowledge, skills and abilities through self-study, instructor-led training, and assignments designed to stretch and teach. Share knowledge with teammates via collaboration and mentoring. Produce white paper overviews and conduct team presentations as appropriate to help advance overall team knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Ability to recommending and implementing hardware, software, database or network solutions to resolve problems.
• Experience evaluating, testing, implementing, and operationalizing database technology's 3rd party tools to meet business requirements and critical digital experiences
• Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production, development, and testing databases/data models that support worldwide n-tier applications and be responsible for data consistency and integrity
• Handling database installation and automation including configuration, tuning, and database backup and recovery to meet the business requirements
• Experience with MS SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and DynamoDB a preferred but not required.
• Experience with Delphix and Database Virtualization preferred but not required.
