Nike, Inc.'s Agile Program Management (APM) team is responsible for enabling and accelerating the delivery of value for the Digital Flagship Products, such as Nike.com and the Nike App. The Digital Flagship organization aggressively innovates solutions to drive growth and disrupt the market with new and better ways for consumers to connect with products and each other, delivering sport into the future.

As the Senior Agile Program Manager on the Digital Flagship APM team, you'll be a leader for a group of self-organizing teams applying and optimizing Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices to maximize program performance and effectiveness, in alignment with key strategic growth priorities and enablers. This Agile Program Manager will fill a Release Train Engineer and/or Chief Scrum Master type of role and partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders/peers in supporting the delivery of integrated global programs within the Digital Flagship organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking the execution of features and capabilities
- Assist with economic decision making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll up to Epics, where necessary
- Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
- Help manage risks and dependencies
- Escalate and track impediments
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Work with Product Management, Solution Architecture, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the DevOps and Release on Demand competency
- Make work visible using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre-PI and Post-PI Planning meetings
- Facilitate the PI planning event
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level
- Work with the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) on program execution and operational excellence
- Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos
- Coach leaders and teams in Lean, Agile, and DevOps practices and mindsets
- Assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve
- Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering
- Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops

- Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrated success supporting Agile teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is required. Experience in RTE or Chief Scrum Master type of role preferred.
- Extensive experience with & deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps bodies of knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly working within a team-level Agile framework is required (such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience directly working within an Agile-at-Scale framework is required (such as SAFe, Less, etc.)
- Experience leading change at scale through and across organizational structures.
