Who You Will Support:
Nike Technology, the teams behind Nike's leading Tech, Digital Transformation, innovation and delivery. Specifically, teams who lead the design, creation and implementation of technologies, methods, and tools to make the world's largest sport brand run faster, smarter, and more securely.

Your Role:
As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be supporting Nike's overall Technology organization; working across all areas of the business (Ex: Digital, Product, Sustainability, etc.) You will be expected to utilize advanced recruitment methodologies, provide subject matter expertise and market knowledge to impact, develop, guide and maintain TA alignment with Nike's future imperatives. In this role you will provide full life-cycle recruiting, develop and implement innovative approaches to source and attract talent, as well as create and develop effective strategies and processes to cultivate the most forward-thinking and qualified candidates to Nike at the right time.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Two years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of full life-cycle Technical Recruiting experience in a high-volume, metrics driven global organization.
• Prior experience supporting/catalyzing large organizational change projects with onsite and remote participants.
• Experience with Taleo and Avature required.
• Experience in an Agile environment, participation in sprints, and/or experience working in an Agile TA model preferred.
