Will provide mission critical support for a large stack of applications supporting the North America business in Beaverton, OR. Will work closely with business partners, and the development team to triage, identify and resolve issues within defined SLA's. Will work with offshore support resources to coordinate efforts, and delegate support tasks. Will work within an agile team to develop new software solutions for the North America business. Will enhance and refactor existing applications in various legacy technology stacks. Will ensure product and technical features are delivered to specification and on-time. Will develop tools and frameworks to improve security, reliability, maintainability, availability and performance for the technology foundation of the platform. Will provide production support (triage, solve, deploy), as well as working on solutions development (web/services/mobile/frameworks), DevOps (build/test/containerize/deploy), database technologies (administration/development), cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and server administration (Windows/Linux). Will support a wide variety of applications by continuously coordinating closely with the tech team and business partners; utilizing ServiceNow, as well as V1 for incident and backlog tracking; and utilizing Tableau for generating service related metrics reporting. Will engage in quality assurance and testing such as test script development, manual testing and automated testing techniques. Will support, debug, and refactor existing applications including classic asp, vbscript and python. Will use troubleshooting skills with enterprise ERP systems using JBA and SAP. Will develop robust, highly scalable, web-based enterprise solutions, services, and framework. Will develop solutions with Microsoft .NET framework including ASP.NET forms, ASP.NET MVC, and VB.net. Will create solutions with Java as well as working in Python and Node.js Will administer Windows Servers including troubleshooting and configuring IIS and user administration. Will work in DevOps, including troubleshooting CI pipelines including project build, test automation and deployment; IaC using Terraform and Cloud Formation; as well as Powershell which includes building scripts for automation of server configuration. Will work with Azure and configuring services via Portal. Will work in Python development and utilize AWS technologies for troubleshooting and provisioning services which includes EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, ElasticSearch, Snowflake, RDS, SQS, SNS and Lambda (Node.JS). Will work with MS SQL Server administration and understand various SQL schemas, writing and debugging stored procedures and performing basic SQL administration in Schema design. Will build, enhance, and troubleshoot reports with SSRS and Tableau.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering. Experience: five years of overall progressive experience in information technology. Skills/Requirements: four years of experience: ((1) SQL database design; (2) .net development; (3) production support; (4) supporting report solutions in Tableau; (5) database development and support; (6) server administration; (7) AWS; and (8) Javascript.
