WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


As our S2P Customer Service & Payments Specialist - North/West EMEA, you will use your talent to contribute to the successes of a fast-changing and innovative area within NIKE. You will be part of a dedicated team of S2P experts which takes ownership and control over full EMEA AP process and performance and drive S2P/AP improvements across EMEA.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Be responsible for the A/P operations center mailbox and incoming escalations and ensure timely resolution of S2P Queries.
  • Proactively engage with the business to ensure correct and timely adherence to S2P R&Rs, processes and policies.
  • Engage with cross functional stakeholders as a credible subject matter expert and business partner
  • Manage and collaborate regularly with outsourced S2P Vendor (Genpact) to prioritize operational topics and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage GRIR Account to ensure accuracy and follow up with business.
  • Drive continuous innovation and improvement in the S2P Operations by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness of operating processes
  • Execute S2P operation processes and maintain effective internal controls in accordance with US GAAP and NIKE Policies
  • Review, control and execute Payment Proposals Full Europe.
  • Support audit requests by delivering audit samples, controls and process walkthroughs.
  • Assist with period end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations and compliance controls
  • Support and engage in large transformational automation projects to optimize the S2P processes.


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Finance
  • 1-2 years S2P operations experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Data driven mindset
  • Lean 6 Sigma/Agile mindset
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), German is preferred.
  • Strong ability to seek information and problem solve
  • Standout "can do" attitude and enthusiasm to drive and innovate processes
  • Enthusiasm for the NIKE brand
