Description

Do you believe that HR should work as an enabler for our businesses and colleagues in order for Nike to grow and Bring inspiration and innovation to every Athlete* in the world? Did you Master the Fundamentals of HR Services and want to share that knowledge and experience with other Team mates? Then this is your job!

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example by delivering service excellence and flawless HR Service to Nike colleagues all over Europe, in particular our North Territory with Paris as a key city, and inspire your colleagues to do so as well.
  • Manage 1 direct report with whom you are responsible for all Inquiries and actions for our North Territory
  • Ensure that the customer service team follows standard guidelines & procedures when responding to all calls, e-mail & personal inquiries and transactional requests regarding employee benefits, employee compensation, HR processes, HR policies, legal policies and vendor services from individual NIKE employees, HR staff in business & functional units, managers at all levels of the organization and external service providers or government agencies.
  • Work with the Advisor team on increasing effectiveness in relationship with customers. Service excellence includes, but is not limited to, phone & help desk availability, providing timely, correct & complete information, making sound judgments and decisions on required actions, initiate actions & execute against them or monitor progress in case 3rd parties are involved, track activities and log issues to help streamline and improve HR Shared Service processes and vendor services, share information with co-workers, fully understand the job responsibilities and the HR business.
  • Knowledge Management: Constantly liaise with other HR teams to elevate the knowledge of the T1 advisors team and capture them in the knowledge database in order to provide the most up to date and accurate information to the customer service team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of process improvement & work with the overall HR team to (re) design, implement and document HR processes in order to simplify and standardize our internal ways of working to enhance our customer experience

Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role or HR Role
  • Strong commitment to service excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coaching skills
  • Project management experience
  • Can lead by example for the advisors team
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced, results oriented, flexible working environment
  • Fluent French and English is a Must
