Manufacturing & Engineering

Masters of teamwork, Manufacturing and Engineering works closely with design teams, categories, manufacturing partners, material suppliers and logistics providers across more than 40 countries on six continents. They navigate the complex geopolitical world with multiple supply chains and diverse ecosystems, while keeping their focus on manufacturing, materials, sustainability and creating quality products.
Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supply management in Load Review, Pre-build, Unplanned Resolution, BL resolution, Delivery Optimization process
  • Engage with Partner/Factory BU team to mitigate and address delivery/planning issues
  • Manage KPIs and OTP projections
  • Support near term partner capability building related to planning excellence
  • Explore efficiency improvement opportunities through system enhancements and process optimization
  • Support data analysis for strategic initiatives as needed
  • Partner with other functional teams and factories/vendors to resolve escalated issues related to quality, production, raw materials to minimize impact on delivery
  • Coach, lead, drive and inspire team members


Requirements:
  • 5+ years demonstrated progressive experience in supply chain management
  • Strong data analytics capability and excellent user on PowerPoints, Excel, Assess, etc
  • Bachelor+ degree in related field preferred
  • High emotional intelligence with a successful history of networking and influencing without direct authority to mobilize internal and external resources
  • Manager-level strategic planning and performance management experience is required
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills to convey complex information in a way that is simple and easily understood by a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and drive change at multiple levels inside and outside of the organization
  • Proven record of identifying capability gaps and influencing leaders to drive the development of new capabilities
  • Strong "peripheral vision" and ability to automatically see opportunities in a highly nuanced environment to make connections that will drive efficiency and alignment
  • An output-driven, consumer-centric mindset with a record of accomplishment that shows you can deliver short-term wins on the journey to long-term change
  • Strong business and leadership acumen is critical. A willingness to listen, learn and reflect, coupled with an ability to create, challenge, and evolve quickly will be critical success factors within the NIKE matrix
  • Experience with risk management is critical to the success of this role.
