We partner with the Strategy, Finance, and the leadership team to create our growth strategy, orchestrate activation or our most critical priorities, accelerate strategic growth initiatives, and build future-focused organizational capabilities. In this role, you'll support our team's work to create and realize our long-term growth strategy. You'll be a thought partner, problem-solver, and advocate across the organization. You'll help us execute against our most critical strategic priorities. You'll be a leader, leading through the relationships you build, the problems you help solve, and the results you realize.

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Accelerate strategic initiatives through direct involvement or by coaching / teaming with peers in the business: provide research and analytical support for strategic initiatives, catalyze action by supporting cross-functional teams, and drive execution by mapping and holding others to key priorities, milestones, and deliverables.

- Facilitate decision-making against our portfolio of strategic initiatives by elevating key risks, challenges, tensions, and/or decisions with the right senior leadership team members to resolve; develop clear and compelling storylines to effectively communicate strategic priorities and progress thereof; and tee up choices for leadership.

- Support orchestration of and decision-making against enterprise strategic priorities.

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum of 5 years work experience (3 years' experience with MBA) in management consulting, corporate strategic planning, corporate development, business development, finance or other related fields

- Entrepreneurial mindset & intellectually curious, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a leader, contributor, and teammate.

- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate fast-changing environment.

- Passion for Converse, being a team player, and working collaboratively

- Previous management consulting experience at a premier consulting firm is highly preferred

- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to logically structure complex issues

- Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models

- Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors

- Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and provide project management support

- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and operate with high degree of ambiguity

- Proven experience with preparation and delivery of executive level presentations

- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once and to work with a flexible schedule

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
