The DSM Supply Management team needs a strong Product Solution Consultant with experience working in an agile environment, who's focus will be to create, deliver, and support the right solution to customers with the highest quality and shortest lead time. In partnership with Architects, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, Customers, Product Managers, and Product Owners you will create the Product/Solution vision and be responsible for the strategy feature definition, and roadmap of a product while mentoring and developing a team of direct reports.
Collaborate with Solution Directors to define Product Strategy and roadmap; ensuring alignment to company functional and technology strategies.
Collaborate with Solution Directors and business stakeholders on solution intent, lean business cases, and success measures. Participate in solution planning and high-level design sessions to figure out solutions and explore alternatives.
Collaborate with Solution Directors and Product Managers to define Epics and evaluate impact of Epics and features on existing Products. Participate to help define enabler epics and features and collaborate on prioritization of those enablers within the Product roadmap and prioritization.
Help define high-level functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs) on Epics and features.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Product teams on the overall Solution Architecture and technical architecture for the Product.
Develop and handle solution architecture roadmap and intersections across Product portfolio roadmaps and building architectural runway for future Product needs.
Participate in quarterly planning sessions providing feedback on the plan vision, timing, and risks.
Participate in system demos providing feedback on solutions against solution intent.
Expert understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they're applied in workplace culture
In-depth functional and technical expertise in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Inventory Management, and Inventory Purchasing disciplines as well as broad knowledge of other supply chain disciplines.
In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business processes and technical capabilities
Excellent collaboration and relationship management
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
Experience leading cross-functional work
Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE;
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with bachelor's degree
Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
Previous product management or architecture experience preferred
