The Talent and Org Effectiveness COE team ensures we have the organization and capable diverse talent required to create and deliver the future of Nike.  We work at all altitudes, engaging in strategy, practice design and activation and operations, with a focus on increasing consistency in how we work with business leaders across the enterprise. Our Talent Management practices are evolving as we are facing a dynamic marketplace which Nike's leaders must navigate to drive business growth.

The Coordinator, Talent Management will be responsible for supporting our Talent Management Specialists and our Director of Core Talent Processes and Strategy to pull data, format presentations, validate talent data, and prepare and print meeting materials.  The incumbent will be critical to ensuring our Talent Partners have the right information to make informed decisions with the business.  The role will also regularly support preparations for Enterprise-Wide talent forums for our Executive Leadership Team and our HR Leadership Team.

Responsibilities: 
  • Update Talent Profiles with current information and dates from HRBPs, Talent Leads and systems to reflect accurate time in role, job history, and talent assessment information
  • Format development plans, and career plans using inputs from Talent Leads and Talent Specialists in preparation for talent sessions (inclusive of OTPR)
  • Update SuccessFactors system with key talent data from meeting notes (e.g. strengths and development areas) as well as succession roles and readiness
  •  Pull rosters of talent on an ad-hoc basis as needed by Talent Specialists and Talent Leads who are analyzing movement, turnover, diversity, and other key metrics
  • Print posters and names to prepare for talent segmentation calibration sessions and other talent forums

Qualifications
  • 2+ years previous work experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience handling sensitive and highly confidential data
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PPT
  • A savvy, smart, flexible, efficient, fast-working, results-oriented and analytical thinker with good intuition 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in and partner with key stakeholders in a cross-functional and highly matrixed organization
  • Strong information-seeking skills and drive to make things happen (bias for action)
