Description

The Talent Development Supervisor (ETW) is expected to act as a talent consultant to understand, diagnose business needs and priorities, provide customized people solutions including but not limited to
  • Analyze the learning and development needs to build up and implement the yearly training plan
  • Support on designing leadership development solutions and implement various talent programs from end to end across territories in GC
  • Implement and cascade down the global culture or talent development related programs in Geo function level
  • Deliver and facilitate competency based trainings to different level of employees
  • Track and work on training or talent development related reports and data
  • Other talent development & culture related issues assigned by manager


Requirements & Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 4-5 years talent development related work experience
  • Proficient in Excel/PPT/Word
  • Strong project or campaign management skill
  • Very good English skill both in speaking and writing
  • Independent, proactive thinking, good in dealing with ambiguity
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill, strong ownership and can-do attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented
  • Facilitation experience is a plus
