Scope and Responsibilities:

As our Tech Ops Governance Manager - Technology, you will work on a team to drive optimized vendor partnerships across our Technology Operations (Tech Ops) teams. This team is the single point of contract for all vendor relationships and contract activity within TEchOps. You will build relationships across Tech Ops Teams and directly influence productivity. You will collaborate with Nike's service delivery teams, procurement, and finance to build and maintain vendor relationships focusing on managed costs, quality and innovation of the services.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive contract optimization projects from Requirements gathering through RFP process and finally to implementation.
• Manage overall compliance with contractual terms & conditions
• Manage all aspects of partner governance activities; focus on strategic value, account management, innovation, process improvement, and relationship management
• Support Contract Management on financial interpretations and initiate resulting consequences
• Drive operational efficiency and minimize overhead while delivering business requirements
• Implement metrics for processes to demonstrate continuous improvement and alignment with the industry
• Analyze and provide financial expertise for contract reviews and proposal evaluations: driving renewal activity, financial efficiency for business partners, contract management, and coordination with external partners to validate current hardware pricing
• Implement metrics for processes to demonstrate continuous improvement and alignment with the industry
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of Contract Change from development through to execution, including obtaining the relevant stakeholder approvals
• Work with the Supplier to progress the goals and objectives of the set of Agreements
• Guard the commercial relationship with the Supplier, incl. integrity of the pricing schedules and mechanisms and ensure they are fit for purpose

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or 2+ years of applicable experience
• Experience with Nike financial processes and controls
• Demonstrated success leading large scale global initiatives with enterprise level impact
• Demonstrated experience in Supplier Management role
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams to meet deliverables
• Proven ability to manage service provider relationships
• Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management, peer service delivery teams, and vendors
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong skills in building positive customer and vendor relationships
• Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough knowledge and experience in working with ITIL
• Proven track record of success in high velocity, matrixed organizations
• Preferably some experience or at least good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and respective standards
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Independent self-starter with minimum supervision for projects and vendor relationships
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
