WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The mission of Footwear Technical Training is to advance Product Creation expertise across the Footwear community-to inspire and enable innovation and excellence through courses, immersion training and learning resources. We are looking for an experienced specialist to Coordinate and provide facilitation support for a full range of ongoing meetings, training courses, immersions, event & team travel arrangements.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
In this role you'll perform a wide range of specialist duties and engage as project lead. You'll be the Training Facility Lead, responsible for the maintenance of the training site, point of contact for security access, manage the organization of supplies and reordering of materials as needed, point person for on-site TT team courses: opening and closing of classroom/ workshop.

Projects include but are not limited to:
  • Create and maintain organizational charts and team playbooks.
  • Responsible for responding tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within your scope of established authority.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters with respect and diplomacy.
  • Serve as the central contact for general department information inclusive of equipment and supply orders and facility logistics
  • Purchase orders, expense reports & company cost center charge backs.
  • This opportunity involves utilizing your unique skills to create and update high quality graphic and text PowerPoint & In-Design presentation and training materials, often under tight timeframes.
  • Coordinate and provide facilitation support for a full range of meetings, training courses, immersions, event & team travel arrangements.
  • Own and manage the team in-box and training calendar, providing prompt & professional replies to inquiries
  • You may on occasion help to create and prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources, incorporating that information into complex Excel spreadsheets.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
This role requires cross functional collaboration with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Engineers, Cost Engineers, Material Designers and Developers, CIA's, Test Analysts, Lab, AIRMI Engineers/Designers and much much more!

You will partner closely and report into the Footwear, Technical Training Director and have the support of Program Managers/Specialists on the team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with students from all roles in product creation.

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator or other support role in a professional business environment
  • Higher level of education may be substituted for years of experience
  • Intermediate Level: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, In-Design, BOX and AirTable proficiency is preferred
  • Experience creating high-quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint, In-Design and complex reports using Excel is strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
  • Proficient in managing content from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to manage & prioritize multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion & utilize a keen attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own
  • Project management / project planning experience
  • Previous experience working with budgets is strongly preferred
