As the WD+C EMEA Services Director, you will elevate the experience of athletes* across the GEO through innovation, agility and hospitality.
This translates into a diverse range of responsibilities, comprised of both strategic planning and leading day-to-day workplace and life services operations.
Develop, lead and drive the EMEA Services strategy across the geo. Provide direction and leadership to the EMEA Services team to design and deliver high impact experiences that inspire athletes*.
Support business strategy in the GEO as a thought partner to the EMEA Leadership Team and the WD+C Territory Directors: contribute with strategic recommendations and lead innovation on a foundation of governance and expertise to enable business priorities through an extensive range of services covering among other food, fitness, facilities management, occupancy solutions and guest ambassadorship.

The role reports to the VP EMEA, Global Workplace Design + Connectivity.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Lead and drive the strategy and activation of workplace and life services initiatives aligned with EMEA business priorities
  • Influence other WD+C EMEA Functions and Territories to integrate the GEO services strategy, insights and learnings in their strategies and activations
  • Actively engage and collaborate with EMEA Senior Leadership in setting high level priorities and delivering against requirements
  • Drive transformational organizational and business model changes
  • Create, implement and monitor the long-term sustainable roadmap and governance for all services including sport and fitness, elevating the athlete* experience
  • Collaborate with WD+C Global Operations sharing best practices, processes and tools
  • Lead development and implementation of Services design for all EMEA environments programs
  • Monitor existing metrics and proactively drive operational excellence and efficiencies in the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners to develop and advance Services strategies. Stakeholders include but are not limited to EMEA LT, Territory Leadership teams, HR, Communications, Technology, Legal, Resilience, Security, etc.
  • Manage and prioritize GEO operating services budget ensuring investments are aligned to WD+C strategy
  • Capacity models: Design and implement a culture of service excellence, which shifts service delivery from an operational to a user experience mindset and partnered with industry expertise


WHAT WOULD YOU NEED TO BRING TO NIKE
  • BA or BS required; Hospitality Industry or Consumer Goods workplaces preferred with a focus on large scale operations, facilities and capacity building models. Business Management, MBA level in Hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to articulate complex business concepts in English
  • 15 years of experience in a life services workplace role within a corporate environment. The role requires a mature level of leadership and interpersonal skills that can influence and shape activation within a company with a strong cultural identity
  • Proven experience of managing a portfolio of capital and operational investments ideally in a multi-national environment
  • Global industry experience in designing services models that increase agility, reduce cost and create a culture of health
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading diverse cross-functional teams, ideally at a Fortune 500 company
