WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Marketplace Governance team sits at the intersection of Global Sales, Geography teams, and Technology. This role reports into Global Sales leadership and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Program, and Marketplace teams worldwide to strengthen marketplace foundations, scale digital platforms, and accelerate wholesale transformation across Nike's global network.

  • Open to work in Beaverton, OR (PHK)
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Operations, Digital Platforms, Technology, Sales Enablement, Sales Governance, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Experience working across business and technical teams, with proficiency in AI tools, Excel, AirTable, Customer Management Platform (CMP), and Connect
  • Familiarity with master data management, governance best practices, and cross-functional technology delivery

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will help shape the future of Nike's marketplace data foundation by leading strategic platform expansion initiatives and accelerating access to critical marketplace insights. Working across Global Sales, Technology, and Geography teams, you will drive scalable solutions that unlock growth, improve data quality, and strengthen marketplace decision-making.

  • Lead the optimization and expansion of the Customer Management Platform (CMP), partnering with Global and Geography teams to define business requirements, align priorities, and deliver successful market launches
  • Serve as the Global Sales lead for onboarding new Point of Sale (POS) data partners, ensuring seamless integration of new partners and data sources through close collaboration with Technology and Geography teams
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Program, and Marketplace Governance teams to accelerate capability delivery and enable enterprise scale
  • Translate business challenges into actionable platform requirements, partnering with technical teams to prioritize solutions that drive marketplace impact
  • Act as the business lead for customer master data systems, including CMP and Connect, establishing roadmaps, defining value delivery milestones, and supporting expansion efforts from concept through launch
  • Ensure marketplace master data is accessible, accurate, and flowing effectively across teams, proactively identifying gaps and partnering with Product Owners and Engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Define, monitor, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), delivering clear insights, progress updates, and compelling narratives to senior leadership
