WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Converse Marketing Integration team drives operational excellence across marketing functions, connecting strategy, creative, production, and business priorities. This role partners closely with Marketing, Creative Operations, Production, Finance, Licensing, Sport Authentics, and external vendors while working within a highly collaborative matrixed organization. The Lead Professional reports into Business Integration leadership and serves as a key connector across cross-functional teams.

This person brings exceptional project management expertise, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to drive clarity in fast-moving environments. They are a collaborative leader who can influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. They possess strong communication and facilitation skills, are energized by solving complex challenges, and are constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness. A passion for youth culture, consumer-focused thinking, and brand stewardship is essential. Success in this role requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a relentless focus on accountability, operational rigor, and delivering outstanding work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 7-10 years of project management, marketing operations, event management, or related experience.
- Experience working within an agency environment or fast-paced creative organization preferred.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budget management, resource allocation, meeting facilitation, and cross-functional leadership.
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile, Scrum, or related credentials preferred.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment by maintaining a growth mindset, embracing change, and continuously developing new skills and capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive the operational engine behind the Jack Purcell (JP), Sport Authentics, and Licensing marketing businesses. By connecting teams, processes, budgets, and timelines, you will enable seamless execution across initiatives while helping the organization deliver impactful work with clarity, accountability, and precision.
- Lead end-to-end project planning and timeline management, building detailed workback schedules that ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Partner daily with Marketing, Creative Operations, Production, Finance, Licensing, and external partners to align priorities, resources, and project goals.
- Manage project budgets, estimates, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking to support responsible business stewardship.
- Facilitate key meetings, reviews, and project checkpoints by defining objectives, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and maintaining momentum.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to core and extended stakeholder groups, driving transparency and accountability.
- Identify workflow improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices that elevate team performance and executional excellence.
- Foster strong partnerships across the organization while championing consumer-focused thinking, youth culture insights, and Converse brand standards.
