WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role you will work with the NA ACG merchandising as well as the Global ACG Merchandising team. You will collaborate with the cross functional NA ACG team comprising of sales, brand marketing, planning, and marketplace supply chain as well as cross geo merchants. You will manage ACG Footwear in NA and partner closely with the ACG Apparel Merchant.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced merchant who is collaborative, consumer centric, and detailed oriented. This role will influence the creation of the NA line plan, drive assortment intent while maintaining systems work inclusive of pricing, adoption intent, tagging and assortment strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in merchandising
  • Footwear, apparel, and/or equipment merchandising experience
  • Proven expertise in franchise management and understanding of retail key performance indicators and profit-based metrics
  • Effective communicator that collaborates and brings people together as well as to varying audiences and levels of leadership
  • Responds with speed, agility, curiosity, and motivation
  • Self-directed, independent, and dedicated
  • Strong collaborator who brings people together to find solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to contribute to and drive strategy into action that shape the future of the business

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role you get to work in a fast-paced environment on a highly dynamic business. ACG is in its start-up phase, and you get to be an integral player in how we bring this incredible product to life for outdoor enthusiasts. 

  • This role works directly with the cross functional NA ACG leadership team
  • QBR, CSR, and monthly franchise management are key gates for this role
  • Building trust and driving collaborative partnerships with global and downstream geo partners is a key component for success
  • You will be responsible for driving a holistic strategy for how ACG Apparel comes to life in the NA marketplace including determining product lifecycles, color breadth and depth, and marketplace segmentation and differentiation
  • You will manage all daily lineplan management tasks including adoption, pricing, and maintaining accurate VLPs and seasonal tools
  • You will work closely with the Senior Footwear ACG Merchant and Senior Manager on bringing the complete vision to life for the consumer
  • You get to drive the ACG footwear business from top to bottom and will represent the NA geo in all key seasonal gates (MAR, LSR, Lineplanning).
  • In this role you will have significant autonomy and must be comfortable forging your own path
