WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Pacific Retail Marketing Team, leading Partnership Transformation to elevate consumer experiences across the multi partner marketplace. Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing Pacific, the role connects teams across Retail Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Sport Marketplace, Merchandising, Finance, and key retail partners to activate unified strategies and execution.

They bring deep retail design expertise and a sharp ability to translate data and consumer behaviour into scalable retail elevations that strengthen Nike’s presence across the marketplace.  Their deep understanding of how successful partnerships (agencies & retailers) drive business impact is matched by a keen instinct for elevating consumer journeys, both in-store and through digital channels.  This individual is a relationship builder and storyteller who can influence across functional teams and external partners with clarity and conviction. They navigate ambiguity with confidence, balance bold thinking with rigorous execution, and lead initiatives from concept through measurement. With strong analytical judgment, financial understanding, and an inclusive leadership approach, they elevate standards, inspire change, and deliver consistent, high impact marketplace elevation and experiences.


Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, store development, and/or related commercial functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, VM, or related field. 
  • Proven experience leading cross functional teams and managing end to end initiatives.
  • Strong retail/retail marketing experience, and financial acumen, including retail math and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with and managing external partners, vendors, and agencies.

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the charge in transforming how Nike serves consumers through our Pacific Account Partners – delivering elevating services, enhanced experiences and marketplace excellence, through building frameworks, pilots, and scalable models that strengthen partner capabilities and drives business impact and marketplace consistency.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner across Sales, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Marketplace, and region teams to align strategies and investments.
  • Lead the development and scaling of elevated retail concepts and consumer journeys across priority sports.
  • Conduct marketplace mapping, research, and insights analysis to inform internal teams of multi partner strategies.
  • Define criteria for Elevated Consumer Experience Doors and drive consistent activation.
  • Build Account x Sport marketplace maps and tiered elevation models with clear minimum standards.
  • Lead and scale consumer experience pilots, including retail environment updates and footwear wall innovation.
  • Champion physical and digital retail excellence, collaborating with Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver elevated executions and experiences.
