The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Expertise across the employee lifecycle and Nike policies and practices – performance, career, compensation, engagement, and employee relations – with employment-law-aware judgment and the ability to balance risk, fairness and business continuity.
  • Coaching and conflict management skills with the ability to help parties reach fair, durable, win-win outcomes.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills to deliver educational or informational sessions that are engaging, easy to follow and reach their learning objectives.
  • Comfortable with systems and digital tools and using data and insights to identify trends, simplify processes and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Case Management: Act as a key point of support for complex cases, coaching People Managers on versatile HR topics – career, performance, compensation, teaming, conduct, engagement, exits, reintegration and more – broadening your generalist scope as you grow.

  • Strategic Projects: Participate in and activate a variety of HR projects that are part of the HR portfolio, serving as an activation engine for HR Roadmap initiatives and a liaison between HRBPs, COEs and People Solutions teams.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, COEs, Global People Solutions and business leaders, building trusted relationships and proactively aligning on shared ways of working to design win-win solutions.
  • Leverage HR systems and case data to spot trends, share functional insights and shape scalable, standardized solutions.
