WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Brand Creative team at Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll work with a team of Designers, Producers, Strategists and Writers, leading project teams across multiple workstreams. Beyond the Nike EMEA Brand Creative core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives and agencies – commissioning various work across multiple fields.
Within the broader Marketing organization, your main partners internally will be Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Partner Marketing and Sports Marketing on an EMEA and city level.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a multidisciplinary senior creative who is deeply connected to sports, athletes, and youth culture. You are an art direction visionary with experience executing across various mediums including Art Direction, Graphic Design, Typography and Spatial Design.
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and consistently leading with bold, innovative ideas. Your attention to detail is exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of creative work is expertly crafted from start to finish. You are skilled at guiding world-class creative and enjoy working on a diverse range of projects. You have experience working at scale and can lead complex work streams independently managing and prioritizing your time as needed. You’re exceptional at crafting the detail all the way to delivery and use this experience to teach others around you.
WHAT YOU BRING
Genuine passion for sport and athletes.
Experience in art direction and design within an agency or brand with a strong focus on sport, sport lifestyle and culture.
7+ years leading projects and teams across concepting, art direction, design, production and execution stages.
Mastery of art direction & design, delivering outstanding art direction, photography, graphic design, video content, experiences and digital design.
Ability to articulate original concepts that are insight driven, on strategy and answer the brief.
Ability to turn insights and ideas into bold, innovative and clear concepts.
Experience working on complex projects and ability to navigate complex creative challenges.
Proven experience conceptualizing and leading photoshoots & video shoots.
Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams, functions, and regions.
Comfort navigating diverse stakeholders and feedback.
Proven leadership of large‑scale creative projects.
Clear, confident, influential presentation skills.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will play a key role leading complex work streams. You will strategize, ideate, develop and craft creative concepts for product launches, sport moments, campaigns and consumer experiences across EMEA.
As an Agile Senior Creative, you’ll have the opportunity to work across all the Nike sport catagories. Adaptability will be essential as you will collaborate with diverse teams and tackle a wide range of creative briefs.
