  • You will manage fast-paced projects from concept through execution, overseeing store layout planning, consumer navigation, service flow, and category zoning. You will also address specialized fixture requirements as needed.
  • You will align store density with revenue goals, integrate visual merchandising strategies with fixture planning, and ensure store designs support operational needs, product flow, and athlete experiences. You will mentor Layout Planning teams, helping maintain accuracy in zoning, service journeys, and fixture design.
  • You will present creative work to stakeholders, champion brand consistency, and introduce innovative solutions that elevate the consumer experience.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing fixture design workflows, schedules, manufacturing, and rollout processes; reviewing and approving shop drawings; and maintaining Nike’s technical drawing library and fixture documentation for both new stores and renovations. You will ensure all work complies with brand standards and operational requirements.
  • Strong communication is critical to aligning cross-functional partners and stakeholders, supporting design talent, and fostering innovation across the team.
