WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work cross-functionally with Marketplace Sales, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Business Planning, Finance, and Brand Marketing teams to deliver against annual and seasonal objectives. This role partners closely with teammates across France and EMEA and serves as a primary point of contact for leadership teams and key Department Store accounts. The position reports to the France Sales Senior Manager, Sportswear Specialty, Athletic Specialty, Digital & Department Stores.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a Sales Lead Partner Representative to help accelerate the growth of Sportswear Culture across the France marketplace. You bring a passion for sport, sportswear, sneaker, and street culture, combined with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the fashion and streetwear industry. You are skilled at building authentic partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and translating consumer, marketplace, and business insights into action. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance strategic thinking with executional excellence, and are comfortable managing complex accounts independently while driving meaningful business results.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in account management, sales, buying, merchandising, business planning, marketing, or a related commercial function.
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion, streetwear, sneaker, and sportswear industries, with a connection to local consumer communities.
  • Experience managing seasonal business through CODE, including assortment planning, buy planning, forecasting, and commercial planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales, financial, product, and retail data to drive decisions.
  • Fluent French language skills, with excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will own and grow strategic Department Store partnerships by delivering compelling consumer experiences, strong commercial performance, and premium marketplace execution. Working closely with cross-functional and partner teams, you will help bring Nike’s Sportswear vision to life across physical and digital retail environments.

You will:

  • Develop and manage seasonal assortments aligned to merchandising frameworks, driving optimal product flow, replenishment, and in-season trading.
  • Build strong partner relationships and create brand energy through product launches, storytelling, and consumer-focused marketing activations.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, and scenario planning using marketplace, consumer, category, and partner insights.
  • Ensure premium brand presentation across digital and brick-and-mortar environments while supporting Nike’s Win Now strategy.
  • Drive seamless omnichannel consumer experiences and optimize product launch journeys across partner ecosystems.
  • Partner with Retail Marketing, Brand Creative, and Merchandising teams to deliver shop-in-shop concepts, showroom experiences, and key marketplace initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end account performance by driving net revenue growth, conducting regular retail visits, delivering staff training, and monitoring competitor and marketplace trends.
