WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (TA&M) Enablement team, helping shape how Nike measures success and makes decisions across its talent strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with TA and TM leadership teams, People Analytics and Insights, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Reporting, and HR Technology to transform data into clear insights, recommendations, reporting solutions, and planning tools tools that power data driven decisions at scale.

This person brings strong experience in reporting, dashboard management, workforce planning, forecasting, and stakeholder partnership. They are equally comfortable working with technical teams, gathering requirements from senior leaders, building scalable analytics solutions, and translating complex data into clear recommendations. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who can effectively manage a portfolio of reporting initiatives while navigating competing priorities. They bring a continuous improvement mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the technical expertise to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources. Equally important, they are passionate about fostering data literacy by empowering recruiters and people leaders to confidently use dashboards and reporting insights to drive informed decisions and business impact.
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, Talent Acquisition operations, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education and experience
- Advanced experience with Tableau, Workday reporting, and data visualization platforms
- Experience with Python, SQL, or similar coding languages used to merge, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, and change management capabilities
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will strengthen TA and TM reporting and analytics capabilities that enable smarter workforce decisions. Through strong partnerships, technical expertise, and operational excellence, you will deliver scalable reporting solutions, insights, forecasts, and planning tools that help leaders understand current performance, prepare for future hiring needs, and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the TA and TM reporting roadmap and serve as a primary partner to HR Reporting, aligning priorities and driving delivery across reporting and data initiatives.
- Manage the TA Tableau dashboard portfolio by maintaining existing dashboards, maintaining existing dashboards while designing and launching new reporting solutions that improve visibility and decision making
- Gather, assess, and prioritize reporting and analytics requests from TA, TM, and Enablement partners, translating business needs into clear requirements and scalable reporting or system solutions.
- Partner with GPO, HR Reporting and PA&I teams to incorporate new data fields, system enhancements, and functionality into dashboards and reports, including requirements definition, testing, validation, and adoption.
- Lead Talent Acquisition capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling in partnership with SWP and PA&I teams to forecast hiring demand, recruiter capacity, hiring ramps, and workforce trends.
- Build models and business cases that help leaders evaluate the potential cost, ROI, and operational impact of new technologies, process changes, and talent initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using SQL, Python, and other tools to combine, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Deliver recurring Talent Acquisition data packs and executive-ready insights that for BHR leaders in partnership with People Analytics & Insights.
- Turn analyses into clear recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions about capacity, priorities, investments, and process improvements.
- Lead training, live demos, and readiness activities that help recruiters and people leaders use dashboards, reporting, and insights effectively.
- Monitor data quality and reporting effectiveness, partner with the appropriate teams to resolve issues, and continuously improve analytics products based on business needs and user feedback.
