WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a strategic leader responsible for integrating cross-functional departments and defining holistic marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will conceive, develop, plan, manage, and execute initiatives in full alignment with the brand’s core marketing objectives. A results-driven professional with exceptional analytical and communication skills, this leader will excel in investment evaluation, budget management, and building and leading a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will bring our sports offense to life, placing sport and athletes at the center of everything we do, and collaborating with cross-functional, sport-obsessed teams to prioritize our must-win sports categories. Covering Shanghai, Greater Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and the Greater Bay Area, you will elevate the athlete experience, refine owned and partner channel strategies, and partner with key stakeholders to drive retail excellence through new and revamped sport-led concepts. You will win the ground game in key cities and communities where our athletes live, shop, and play, and build a high-performing city-based marketing team centered on our sports offense strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 12+ years of leadership experience in brand management, with a proven track record managing multiple brand portfolios, preferably within the sports industry.

• Strong strategic thinking: able to anticipate future opportunities and translate them into breakthrough strategies; participate in key FOP projects during the strategic planning phase to learn from and influence cross-functional teams.

• Deepen FOP O2O knowledge through collaboration and stretch assignments in key FOP campaigns.

• Ability to understand and communicate the FOP/team vision and strategy, aligning city-level brand efforts with cross-team objectives.

• Continuously deliver valuable consumer insights to build impactful FOP storytelling and engagement.

• Drive clarity across teams: ensure strategic consistency and sharp execution with clear priorities.

• Develop managerial skills to foster cohesive teamwork across project workstreams.

• Recognize individual contributions and appreciate collective team efforts.

• Cultivate efficient teamwork dynamics, whether serving in a leadership or supporting role.
