WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This Manager, Merchandising role supports NikeSKIMS in North America. The role sits on the North America NikeSKIMS leadership team and is responsible for setting the Merchandising strategies, Channel Assortment Frameworks and End in Mind plan for NikeSKIMS across Apparel, Footwear and Accessories. This role will partner cross-functionally with Global Product & Merchandising, Geo Planning, Nike Direct, Sales and Marketing to ensure we bring to market the products and assortments that best serve our consumers, enhance our brand, and drive profitable and sustainable growth for the NikeSKIMS business.

This role is responsible for bringing consumer-right assortments to life across diverse marketplace channels. The role will work closely with the Nike Direct team in-season to deliver against plans. The candidate should have strong merchandising acumen and comfortable with applying retail financial metrics to create compelling, profitable and growth-oriented assortments. The candidate must have high aptitude for cross-functional collaboration, a mindset that there “Is No Finish Line” until the product arrives in stores, and curiosity and initiative to problem solve effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
5+ years experience in Merchandising, Product Management/Creation environment
Experience in apparel merchandising; proficiency in retail and profit-based metrics

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive the holistic Merchandising strategy for NikeSKIMS in North America across all channels of distribution. You will own the geo seasonal assortment plan including key initiatives, seasonal novelty and volume drivers. You will understand related aspects of the business and marketplace in making your plans including alignment with the NikeSKIMS GM, Marketing, Sales and Nike Direct. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure assortment plans are aligned to strategy and execute at retail.
You will be required to deliver immediate merchandising excellence:
Land seasons in-flight with an emphasis on Nike Direct Stores and .Com
Assess North America allocations plan to deliver appropriate depth and breadth across the marketplace
Align on key looks and items to drive product marketing priorities
You will also build the business for long-term growth and scale across the marketplace:
Elevate seasonal and evergreen priorities to land with impact across the marketplace
Obsess franchise health and shape of growth
Provide North America-specific insights to Global to inform/influence future product plans
Deliver growth-oriented, profitable and energy-driving assortments in distribution across the North America marketplace
