WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a key member of the Apparel & Accessories Material Sourcing team, you'll play a vital role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives forward. You'll focus on providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions, supporting the development of comprehensive strategies, and enhancing our overall sourcing capabilities. Your responsibilities will include delivering detailed data analyses, supporting quick decision-making, and preparing communications to a diverse set of stakeholders. You'll also contribute to the development of long-range strategies, drive new data optimization methods, and build and maintain sourcing tools and resources. Through your work, you'll help meet seasonal sourcing goals and progress toward longer-term priorities, constantly elevating and evolving our sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In the Material Supply Chain organization, you will interact closely with materials sourcing, planning, costing, and manufacturing teammates. You will also support important connections between the Material & Product Development, Apparel Sourcing, Operations, Sustainability and Partner Management teams as well. This role reports to the Apparel Materials Sourcing Director.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, analytics, business, or a related field.
- Experience with material or product creation preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc. )
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze large datasets and present findings
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, creative problem solver & want to get their “hands dirty”
- Project management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to think critically and make recommendations
- Passion for the Nike brand and commitment to sustainability and social responsibility in supply chain management
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
