  • Delivers results in a fast-paced environment
  • Embraces and leads change
  • Makes sound decisions and thinks strategically
  • Leads and influences others with clarity and intent

The team connects seasonal business priorities to elevated graphic storytelling, shaping product at the intersection of sport, style, and culture.

The role leverages graphics, typography, illustration, color, and trim to deliver an elevated, consumer-relevant brand point of view in the marketplace through strategic vision, design direction, storytelling, and editing. In addition, this person mentors designers, partners with key collaborators, and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role makes informed design and application decisions with speed and precision while keeping costing targets in mind.

Key qualifications include:

  • To be considered, you must submit a creative design portfolio. Please provide website links or attach PDF files when you apply.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 7+ years of product graphics experience
  • Experience in fashion, sportswear, streetwear, or apparel preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, illustration and typography
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture
  • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present design intent to internal and external audiences
  • Passion for design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools
  • Solid knowledge of apparel product creation and building accurate tech packs
  • Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable working within new and emerging digital spaces
  • Ability to embrace diverse perspectives while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead and create graphic narratives for Nike Sportswear women’s apparel, translating product and brand direction into compelling, consumer-relevant design. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development of graphic concepts that feel modern, elevated, and distinct within the women’s space
  • Translate seasonal and business priorities into clear, compelling graphic storytelling
  • Collaborate with product, color, materials, and development teams to ensure graphics resolve effectively on product
