Additionally, we are looking for students who are: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Retail Management, or a related field  

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset  

• Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into business impact  

• Comfortable working with data, technology, and digital tools to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement 

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST 

• Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution 

• Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027 

• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home  

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 

As a Business Planning Intern, you'll help turn data into insights that drive decisions across the business. Internship opportunities are available across Demand Planning, Supply & Inventory Planning, and Consumer Planning, where you'll partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and unlock growth opportunities. 

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: 

• Analyze business, consumer, and marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement 

• Support forecasting, planning, and performance management processes through data-driven insights 

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that help inform business decisions 

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Merchandising, Sales, and Supply Chain, to support key business priorities 

• Leverage analytical tools and technologies to improve reporting, planning, and decision-making capabilities
